Who We Are

A consultancy built by an operator, not a retired one.

Tyler & Co was founded by one of the UK’s youngest managers to achieve a Good Ofsted rating – an active operator currently running a children’s care home in the UK.

We’ve watched operators put profit ahead of outcomes and seen the damage it causes. To children, to staff, to the reputation of the sector, and eventually to the investors backing them. We’ve also seen what happens when a home is run properly. With the right people. The right ethos. The right support around the children. The difference is night and day.
